Enhancement – A new column of “Backlog” has been introduced on Percentage of Completion Report.
A new column of “Backlog” has been introduced on Percentage of Completion Report. The value in this column gets calculated by “Contract Price – To Date Billings.”

Enhancement – Advanced Customer Lien Waiver has been introduced for Conditional/Unconditional with both Progress and Final Lien Waiver.
Advanced Lien Waiver for customers has been introduced. This can be run and seen from the customer ledger entries. Also, to run this below job setup must be enabled under General fast tab.
- Lien Waiver Type – Specify the Lien Waiver Report Type: Conditional Progress, Unconditional Progress, Conditional Final, Unconditional Final.
- Lien Waiver Signed Date – Specifies the date on which the report is printed. The user can modify the value accordingly.
- Lien Waiver Print Status – This field is auto set to "Printed" when a user prints the Lien Waiver report. The user can modify the value accordingly.
- Lien Waiver Work Type – Specify the Work Type for your Lien Waiver report.
