PRJ-1262

Enhancement - Job Backlog Number calculated from NS_Manager Job Status not "Status".
  • After the enhancement is done, the “Backlog Value” is now calculated based upon the Job status & the “Date Range” is now past 1 year.
  • Now if there is no “Contract Value” then it would not consider that “Job”.
  • The “Contract Value” is now filtering based on the “Contract Date” on the “Job Card” or the “Planning Line”.

New Feature - Forecast by Activity Code by Summing the Task Lines

Now user can “Forecast” on the basis of “Activity Codes”, “Task Lines” will be sumerise according to the “Activity Code”.


If we select the “Job Forecast by Task Total”, then the Task Lines will be pulled on the basis of “Task Totals”.


PRJ-1383

Enhancement - Added the ability to Filter "Calculate Revenue Recognition" on Job.

Before the Enhancement, when we select “Calculate Revenue Recognition” in the “Revenue Recognition Summary Details”, the calculation was running for the entire company,

now value can be calculated as per the Job No. filter.

Enhancement - Remove 2 options from Jobs Setup.

Before the Enhancement, there were two fields on the Job Setup, under the General tab.

1 – Warning on Zero Multiplier.

2 – Item Journal uses Budgeted Cost.

Both these options are now removed.

Enhancement - 2 "Description" Fields on Job Card are replicating each other.

there were two Description fields on the Job card under the General tab and 1 has been made hidden now, there is no duplicity now.

PRJ-1405

Enhancement - Work Unit of Measure Add/Changes after posting.

  1.  A Boolean has been created in Jobs setup to “Force Change Work UOM” on “Job Task”.
  2. Based on user setup, only the authorized user will be allowed to modify the “Work Unit Of Measure” in “Job Task”.
  3. In the case of “TRUE”, the user will be able to change the Work Unit of Measurement” on “Job Planning Lines” and “Job Tasks”.

NOTE: The user must post a negative entry to make the wrong posting “0”.

Whenever the user changes the “Work UOM”, the system will check if the quantity is “0” for the “Task” or “Planning Line” in the “Job Ledger Entry”.


PRJ-1418

Enhancement - Draw No. on Posted "Purchase Invoice" should be Editable.

Few enhancements have been made on be below mentioned processes,
1 – “Draw Number” is now made editable on Posted Purchase Invoice”.
2 – “Draw Number” has been now made editable on Posted Purchase Credit Memo”.
3 - Drill Down will show the Draw Numbersonly related to that Job”.

Task - Purchase Resource Entry Issue.

In the “Job Material Planning” “Resource” purchase process, when the user was clicking on the purchase action on the Job Material Planning Purchase Res. G/L with no entry and goes back to the JMP Worksheet then a blank resource entry gets created on the same, now this has been Fixed.

Task - Revenue Recognition: wrong value in overbilling.

In the case of the Manual % method when “Revenue Recognition” was generated manually and “Gross Revenue” and “Billing to Date” are equal, still the values were appearing in the “Overbilling section in the “Revenue Recognition”, this has been fixed now.

Task - Revenue Recognition Billings to Date Column Adding Credit Memo Values.

The “Billings to Date” column was adding the values after posting the “Sales Credit Memo” in “Revenue Recognition”, this has been fixed now.

PRJ-1438

Enhancement - Remove 'ProjectPro KPI ' field from Job Setup.

As per this Enhancement “ProjectPro KPI” field from “Job Setup” has been removed now.

PRJ-1359

Hot Fix - T&M Line Type "Billable" Creates a "Both Budget and Billable" line during posting.

The Bug has been fixed, now for the “Time & Material” job, whenever we change the Line type to Billable, a pop-up will come to show “Apply Usage link will be set False”.

Also, after “Posting” through the Job journal & Purchase Invoice, Billable lines are now created in the Job Planning Line.

Hot Fix - JFW has Job Task No. that are not associated with the job.

Earlier the “Job Task” number was added randomly to the “Job Forecast Worksheet” that was not the part of the “Job”, and due to this user was not able to post until they are manually deleted, the issue is fixed now.

PRJ-1411

Hot Fix – Purchase Order quantity field corrected in Job Material Planning Worksheet. for the same item added later.

The “Purchase Order” quantity was wrongly updated in the “Job Material Planning Worksheet” for the same “Item” added in the same “Task” later after when the “Purchase Order” has been raised for that Item, the issue has been fixed now.

Hot Fix - Selection of Multiple Budget Job Planning Lines on Purchase Quote.

Earlier we were not able to fetch multiple “Planning Lines” in the “Job Quote” line,

But now, through the “Get Planning Line” this has been made possible.
