Enhancement- Job Journal Posting Issue in BC 24.

This has been fixed where in some instances, the lines of the journal cannot be posted at all. In other instances, the lines are not deleted but JLEs are created. The below message has been removed now.

Task- Dimension flow on Change order.

When a Change order is created with a Default task from the master job on which Dimensions exist the same dimensions will be flowing on Change order Task and Planning lines.
