His ultimate goal is to deliver quality solutions, on-time and ensure client satisfaction while emphasizing continuous improvement.
In the age of covid-19, I see the industry having to make some changes. Covid-19 has highlighted some things in the way we deliver products as a whole and has made the opportunities more apparent than ever for improvements. There are some definite digital tools available to help aid in delivering projects.
One of the biggest challenges currently is that each construction project is a “one-off prototype” for determining the value to the owners/customers of the product, goods, or services.
I see using digital tools such as AI and ML capabilities to track Work In Place, Schedule, and production to be very valuable for project teams and clients alike. These have the functionality to help drive productivity to a better state.
In the next 5 years, I see some changes potentially. The biggest thing we must get to see is that there is a great opportunity to improve the industry and be more productive.
The Opportunity Is Now!!
“ When you are comfortable being uncomfortable, great things can happen”.
