Job Quoting / Proposals

Create Job Quotes, Convert Job Quote to Jobs, Check Scope of Work, etc.

ProjectPro as a project management software in construction, has added the ability to create job quotes based on Packages (Templates), Bid Items (Job Segments), and Job Tasks.

The Advantage of Job Quoting over standard Sales Quotes is that you can build assemblies of items, labor, equipment, subcontract entries all behind a Bid Item. Also, easy to use job quote templates allows you to see the scope of work, take off segments, and alter information.

Experience smooth access to Job Quote Reports with our Microsoft a Dynamics ERP Software, ProjectPro.

Got a Question?

Yes, you can create “Template” Quotes for common business quotes and use them to speed up the preparation of job quotes. We only need to change quantities and pricing as needed.
The ProjectPro Job Quoting will keep all Job Quotes and can be tracked by status, estimated date to close, the probability to close as well as other information to filter reporting and analysis of job quotes.
You can copy quotes to issue to another customer or to make optional quotes with variations for customer acceptance.
Yes, you can create your Cost Categories during transactions in our construction project management accounting software. There are Cost Category Reports. You can even default Cost Categories to automatically fill in G/L Account No. Example: Materials Cost Could be “MAT” and auto-fill in G/L #40200 during the purchase transaction.
Yes, once you create a bid Item (Job Segment) with a Description, you can assign any of your job tasks to that Bid Item. This ability will show you by Bid Item Price, Gross Margin %, Mark up %, and overall Gross Profit. These values can be changed by adding more budget items or by increasing or decreasing the percentages.
You can easily select the pre-build “Scope of Work” items with full descriptions or create new ones while in a Job Quote. You can even have the scope of work descriptions show directly under each Bid Item on the Job Quote.
