Every year is a digital year. Our ability to use digital platforms and capabilities improves every year. The question here is will construction businesses move/invest fast and sufficiently enough.

The quality of leadership is crucial.

The industry tends not to invest sufficiently in learning and development unless they are influenced by government policy and any penalties involved.

Therefore, more businesses will fail this year due to an insufficient amount of leadership and management skills.
