Task- When the Job Quote is created using the Job Segment “Total Contract Price” is now calculating correctly as Quote price.

Enhancement- Application of Retention Entries is corrected for Customer Ledger Entries.
While creating Sale Invoice from Progress Billing, Sales invoice is created with Normal entry & retention entry.
On the Final Bill, retention Entry is reversed to normal entry.
Hot Fix: While applying entries, system allow both i.e. Positive to Negative and Negative to Positive application of entries.
