Arkansas: The Official Stance for Construction
Construction Status: Unrestricted
There have been no legal restriction or shutdown or stay at home orders in the state of Arkansas. However, in response to prevent infection, the authorities have advised all to follow the social distancing rules.
Construction is permitted in the state without any restrictions. All non-essential businesses and public gatherings (more than 10 individuals) have been restricted.
October 2020 Update: Though there we no specific restrictions made to construction during the initial spread, the state of Arizona is still witnessing a slower progress with construction progress. This is why construction firms are advised to continue with the projects while keeping a check for policies and code under the plan review process.
