After the approval of the request, you can turn them to an actual Subcontract Change Order.<\/p>\n<p><b id=\"1\">PROJECTS SETUP<\/b><br \/>\nThe Projects Setup has the default No. Series for Subcontract Change Request under Numbering fast tab.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/user-guide\/wp-content\/themes\/userguide\/images\/1.png\" alt=\"null\" \/><\/p>\n<p><b id=\"2\">SUBCONTRACT CHANGE REQUEST<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Create a subcontract in the similar manner as per the business requirement and additionally, click on \u201cCreate Change Request\u201d from Actions &rarr; Functions &rarr; Create Change Request on the ribbon.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/user-guide\/wp-content\/themes\/userguide\/images\/2.png\" alt=\"null\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This will open a subcontract card with the Subcontract Class as \u201cChange Request\u201d. You have the option to either copy the master subcontract lines or add new lines to the change request.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/user-guide\/wp-content\/themes\/userguide\/images\/3.png\" alt=\"null\" \/><\/p>\n<p>You can have multiple Change Requests as required. To approve the Change Request, the manager must change the status to \u201cApproved\u201d under the Manager fast tab.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/user-guide\/wp-content\/themes\/userguide\/images\/4.png\" alt=\"null\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The different change requests then can be merged into one change order. To do that, click on \u201cActions &rarr; Functions &rarr; Merge Change Request\u201d from the ribbon.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/user-guide\/wp-content\/themes\/userguide\/images\/5.png\" alt=\"null\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This will open the Subcontract Change Request List, showing all the Approved Change Requests.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/user-guide\/wp-content\/themes\/userguide\/images\/6.png\" alt=\"null\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Select the Change Requests that you want to merge and click on \u201cNew &rarr; Merge\u201d from the ribbon.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/user-guide\/wp-content\/themes\/userguide\/images\/7.png\" alt=\"null\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The user has the option to either create a new change order or merge it into an existing one.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/user-guide\/wp-content\/themes\/userguide\/images\/8.png\" alt=\"null\" \/><\/p>\n<p>On selecting either of the options, the Change Request gets merged.
